In the morning of life, we were a generation of sleepers. Chasing sunshine, . . .and baseballs, . . .and the four winds. Never conscious of approaching demands coming. On, . . . and always on. Demands that were met here, in this, the place where we were stimulated, . . . stimulated into thinking,  . . . acting, . . . achieving. On, . . . and ever on. Within this three-year span has occurred the junction of a place, an idea, and an individual to form an event that forever will propel us. On, . . . and increasingly on. We’ve accomplished here, . . . and failed here. And most important, . . . we’ve learned the importance of learning. On, . . . and continuously on. And now, . . . now that “event” stands behinds us, as a light, guiding us through our lives.
“And the beat goes on, . . . the beat goes on”.
