Bill Stull passed

Bill Allen Stull, 70, of Hutchinson, died November 22, 2020, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center, after a long battle with COPD.

Bill graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1968, and then from Regents College. He served in the Kansas Army National Guard and later in the United States Army Reserve, retiring as a major. Bill worked for the BNSF Railroad as a machine operator for over 40 years. He was a member of VFW Post 906 and American Legion Lysle Rishel Post 68. Bill was interested in ancestry, history, and politics. He was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, who will be missed by his family dearly.

On July 30, 1977, Bill married Margaret Wilson in Wichita. They shared 43 years together.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at Elliott Mortuary. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Burial Park. Military honors will be conducted by the Kansas Army National Guard Honor Guard. Friends may call from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, November 29 and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, November 30 at Elliott Mortuary.
